East lake Fire Station 32

This project provided a 11,685 SF new construction fire rescue station to serve the East Lake area of Hillsborough County. The facility is an improved prototype that includes an apparatus area consisting of 4 double bays for fire rescue vehicles and other auxiliary equipment. Additionally, the work and live space provides 11 individual bunk areas, dining and day room, restroom with shower facilities, exercise room, safe room, office space, telecommunications room, mechanical room, and storage area. The building was designed for CAT 4 storm survival. Outside amenities include auxiliary generator power, fuel tank storage, and parking. Drawings were produced using the latest Revit Building Information Modeling software.
